VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:

(Note: Volunteers under 14 must provide adult supervision.)

CITY ON A HILL CAMPUS

  • Grounds Volunteer Opportunities:
    Spring - Fall: Landscaping: Weeding, raking, plant trimming, edging.
    Winter: Snow removal (as needed)

  • Building Volunteer Opportunities:
    Cleaning common areas (bathrooms, lobbies, hallways, meeting rooms.)

  • Information Desk:M - F: 9-12:30; 12:30-4)
    Greet and direct visitors and guests; direct phone calls as needed.

  • Miscellaneous Opportunities:
    Meeting room setup and/or cleanup for:
    - Scheduled events (Sign up for your available times.)
    - Last minute events. (Serve as "on call" volunteer)


    CAFÉ 58:

    • Barista (coffee bar) Hours: M/W/F 8am-3:30pm. T/Th 8am - 7pm.
      Make and serve specialty beverages, serve deli/bakery items, maintain the dining area, cashier. (Training is required and provided.)

    • Food Prep Hours: M,W,F; 8am-1pm; T/Th 8am-3pm.
      • Help prepare deli/bakery items as well as lunch and dinner entrees.

    • Dinner Servers Shifts: Tues/Thurs. 4:30-7:30pm
      Serve entrees and side dishes to guests; replenish food in serving line; clear/wipe tables; assist with final cleanup.

    • Clean Up Shifts: Tue/Thurs. 6-7:30pm.
      Dishwashing, kitchen and dining area cleanup.
